Solicitors fees
Hi there. I am a single parent and i am ready to continue with access arrangements. I was wondering if anyone can give me advice. I am unemployed and on income support. Do i receive any help with solicitors fees? x

If you are on Income Support then you will normally get Legal Aid (ie pay no fees) for certain things, including arrangements for children. Take proof of your Income Support when you go to see the solicitor, they will also need to see identifcation for you and you can double check the Legal Aid when you go
