That is just so funny. My life is so much calmer these days with only one teenager at home, One Space work, counselling clients, a job with the counselling centre, supervision meetings, two adult learning courses and my ongoing training......well, compared to having two small children on my own it is!!!!!

I think we could all be reminded why we are so exhausted all the time and stop beating ourselves up that we aren't doing 'enough'!
