Good news for those of us who do agency work!
I've just seen that there is good news for people who do agency work. After 12 weeks in the same job they are to have the same rights as the other staff. It says it all here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-16324278

Sounds really helpful for people in this situation, Isobel, thank you for posting it, hipefully it wil stop employers only using agencies to avoid these responsibilities.
