Hello dadiyo
You do not have any "rights" to attend the appointment or even the birth as they are medical appointments involving the mother and it is up to her who she wants to go with her....in very much the same way as if you were seeing your own doctor about something to do with your own body, it would be up to you whether you take a friend in to the appointment or not.
She can also choose not to put you on the birth certificate if she wishes, if you are not married, but if this happens, you can apply to the court to have Parental Responsibility. It would be much better to agree this between you, however, as well as parenting time afer the baby is born.
