CSA
Hi - Can anybody please give advice on how to STOP CSA payments....My son now has his child living with him full time but the CSA are still taking monthly payments from his salary and the mother is receiving these. The CSA won't give him any sensible advise on what he should do other than tell him he will be refunded 'when it's all sorted out'.
Can he ask his company payroll dept. to stop paying the CSA maybe?

Hi there Lorna, may I suggest that your son contacts our CSA Expert.
I am presuming that your son has told the CSA that he is now the resident parent and they will be in the process of making those changes.
I would have suggested that he gets his company to stop paying, however I really do recommend he gets some advice from our expert first.
