Create your family avatar picture!

We really wanted to have avatars so that we can personalise our posts and show off our families!

So if you want to create your own, go to www.doppelme.com/create/. It is a reasonably simple process to follow; however I have explained it step by step here just in case!

Once you have created your avatar click on ‘I’m done’ at the end screen, then you will need to complete a very short registration process to ‘Save your Doppelme’.

Once you have received your email with your details you can then open your account again (I found it useful to change my password – on the left hand side)

If you wish to add your children, scroll down to ‘Your DoppelMe’s’ and then click on ‘Create another’

Once you have edited this avatar, you can continue to do the same for as many children as you have.

Now….to create your family scroll down to the bottom box ‘Your DoppelMe Group’ and click on ‘Create a group’ and add each child by copying and pasting their DoppelMe ID into the boxes.(I added my 16 year old daughter as a Young child, so that visually she looks smaller than me)

Now click on the ‘Your Home’ tab at the top of the page and scroll down, you will now see your family grouped together with a new ID number underneath.

Great! Well done! Ok, now we need to add it to Your profile on One Space.

So……click on Your Profile to open your profile page.

Click on Edit (top row of tabs).

Then click on ‘About You’ (bottom row of tabs)

Now copy the ID of your DoppelMe Group then paste it in the top box where it says DoppleMe key.

I know that this might seem like a long process, but we think it is worth it in the end!
