change for income support to jsa

I understood that before income support was stopped due to you child turning 7 you should be notified 8 weeks before, this did not happen.  I received a letter a week after it was stopped. Although i applied for jsa and was accepted i cannot get any money until 26th January,  1 month without money.......  This is to me quite unfair....  If you want to get a crisis loan you can but you have to pay it back.  So you are already in debt for something you personally haven,t done!!!! I hope no one else has undergone the same situation, although i am taking the matter further........
