BBC2 Britain In A Day
I just saw this on the home page. Is anyone thinking of participating?
I'm one who tends to shy away from the limelight and I'm not keen to get my face on telly. However, I just thought that with all the bad press that single parents get in the UK wouldn't it be great to say.. "I'm L, I'm a 42 year old working, single parent, I've spent the last 2 1/2 years studying Accounting, and today is my graduation." :-)

I think from the clips I have seen, you would only be on for about 5 seconds, so a little bit of limelight, but positivity for the rest of the single parent nation!
