Rural Henfield children and family centre

The Centre is based at the Village Hall in Cowfold and is open
on Wednesdays from 10.00am to 12.00pm, and on Fridays from 9.30am
to 11.30am.

Activities include:

• Information, advice and guidance, including family support,
  adult education and childcare
• Jobcentre Plus drop-in
• Parent and toddler groups for children aged 18 months or
  over
• Baby Mice stay and play sessions for babies up to 18
  months
• Holiday activity sessions of arts, crafts and soft play
• Toy library
• Debt advice
• Mother to Mother breastfeeding support group run by La
  Leche
• Oral health shop with value-for-money toothbrushes, cups and
  more
• Parenting library
• Stop smoking support and advice provided by our smoking
  cessation adviser
