Catch22 - Parent and Child service - Newhaven

The Parent and Child service in Newhaven provides support and accomodation to young, single parents aged between 15 and 25, within the Lewes District Council area. The young people might be pregnant, on referral or already have a child up to the age of two. Meetings with young people take place weekly for one-to-one sessions. The young people know that we are available on the phone and in the office whenever needed and we always take an interest in their social activities. Regular group sessions with the young parents help to make sure nobody is isolated.

 Also provided is parenting advice, which includes a monthly health visitor drop-in service.
