Home Link introduces children with special needs and their families to a volunteer who can help care for the child for short periods of time.
Support is also offered for the rest of the family.
Respite care for the child can be arranged as can trips and days out.
Fortnightly Saturday club for children with disabilities and their siblings aged up to 12.
Social get togethers for 12-19 year olds.
