We offer legal advice, assistance and representation to people on such things as mortgage and rent arrears, council tax liability and committal hearings, priority and non-priority debts and applications to certain charities .

Our debt adviser is a member of the Institute of Money Advisers and an official authorised intermediary (debt relief orders).

The overall aim is to provide a free, confidential advice service for people with debt problems. We aim to assist individuals by providing them with options for dealing with their debt problems thereby allowing them to make informed decisions.
