Asian Women Lone Parents Association is an organisation in the London Borough of Camden and London as a whole, working to assist Asian women lone parents to overcome the difficulties they experience and assist them to achieve socially and economic independence, while maintaining a culturally sensitive approach to the difficulties and problems they experience.

Body & Soul supports children, teenagers and families living with, or closely affected by HIV. Support sessions are in a safe environment where members can meet others affected by HIV and exchange vital support and information.
C&WRTP is an umbrella organisation consisting of representatives from Refugee Community Organisations (RCOS) based in Camden and Westminster. Services include:
The CAB offers advice on a number of topics, including benefits, money issues, housing,  and family problems.  An appointment can also be made at a specialist session dealing with domestic violence on the  2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. 
Coram's Fields is a seven acre playground and park for children living in or visiting London. Coram's Fields has a wide variety of activities including extensive lawns for free play (suitable for family picnics), artificial turf sports pitches, a paddling pool, sandpits, a flying fox and other slides, a pets corner (with sheep, goats, ducks, hens and much more), vegetarian cafe, a nursery and drop-ins for under 5's as well lots of other organised activities.
The Finsbury & Clerkenwell Volunteers help isolated older people in South Islington. The volunteers do befriending visits, run a twice weekly lunch club, telephone counselling, assisted shopping, outings and help with practical tasks. The work is rewarding and can provide valuable experience for those wanting to pursue opportunities in care or community work. Volunteers are required to give an hour or two per week to help with our activities. Good listening skills, reliability and an empathetic attitude are really all that is required.
If you are interested in expanding your skills base, setting up your own business, or volunteering within a charity or social enterprise,then  Innovative Enterprise Action might be able to help. Services for individuals include: training, internships, work placements, workshops and volunteers. They also help start-up and existing businesses through training and one-to-one support.

Single Parents Holistic Project was established by unemployed parents (Africans and refugees and asylum seekers) and now provides services to lone parents and residents of Hackney. 

Solace Women’s Aid offers a range of services for women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence. Offered are dedicated Legal, Advice, Counselling and Parenting Services and Domestic Violence Workshops, as well as Children’s Services, which include Individual and Group Support and Counselling.

Toy libraries offer services to local children, families and carers based on regular toy loan for a nominal fee (and sometimes free). They provide carefully selected toys to borrow, play sessions, and a friendly, informative meeting place for parents and carers. The Women's Resource Centre (WRC) is a charity which supports women's organisations to be more effective and sustainable. Training, information, resources and one-to-one support on a range of organisational development issues is provided. The WRC also lobbies decision makers on behalf of the women's not-for-profit sector for improved representation and funding. Members work in a wide range of fields including violence against women, employment, education, rights and equality, the criminal justice system and the environment.
