Family Services UK improving mental wellbeing is a charity offering different approaches of councelling, psycho educational programmes and other complimentary therapies to improve peoples mental health and well being.

Family Services UK is here to help stop the pain of emotional difficulties and unpleasant thoughts, to help manage change, to provide low cost counselling and complimentary therapies to improve mental heath wellbeing, and to offer family support to improve family attachments and empower resolutions.

Pinkwell Children's Centre is a Phase 3 Sure Start Centre, in the south of the Borough of Hillingdon. It covers the surrounding area around Pinkwell and most of the Heathrow Villages - Harlington, Longford, most of Harmondonsworth and the southern part of Sipson.

'Pinkwell Children's Centre is a special place where we try to develop the full potential of every young child and their family. Our aim is to give each child a sure start, so they are equipped with the skills needed, to thrive and develop, when they start school'.

A comprehensive service for Asian and African-Caribbean women experiencing violence and abuse. Offering specialist advice, information, casework, advocacy, counselling and self-help support services in several community languages. Managed by a group of women with long experience of women's struggles and commitment to women's rights.

The Maya Centre provides free psychodynamic counselling and group psychotherapy for women on low incomes living in Islington. 

Clients can choose whether they would like to join a group or receive individual counselling. Currently they have 2 groups running; one for women affected by domestic violence and another group for women over 50.
