Life Coaching Course for Single Parents

Single parents are often in hard situations making tough choices by themselves. However we also have the deep desire to create the best life possible for ourselves and our children.

This course will provide you with the tools to create positive change. With good intentions and commitment you can begin to create happy, healthy, safe and fulfilling lives for yourself and your family.

What will I get out of the course?

You will understand what coaching is and how to use it to improve your life. You will learn simple, practical techniques to help you reach a goal of your choice such as health, parenting, leisure or career. By the end of the course you should be well on your way to achieving your goal or at least have a well thought plan of how to do so.

What will I need to do?

You will need to be up for taking action and making changes. The course encourages you to try new things and to reflect on how they went, even if they didn’t go well!

It will work best if you do no more than one session a week and take steps in between sessions. You will need to commit to working through the whole course steadily for about 6 weeks.

Is now a good time to change my life?

Coaching will not help you with a 'crisis' such as losing your home, experiencing domestic violence or being diagnosed with a serious illness, you must get advice from an expert in that area. Also if you suspect you are suffering from 'clinical' depression it is better to consult your GP and gain medical support before beginning the course.
