You may need to find affordable childcare, a local art or gardening group or perhaps you may want to attend some training - such as confidence building or you may want to gain some practical skills to get back into work.

Please remember to let us know any important details too - For example if you are looking for childcare or activities for you and your children then it would be useful to know the ages of your children.
